UAW Local 2350 is an amalgamated Local representing the collective interests of the bargaining unit members in their negotiations with their employer concerning labor-management relations, including grievances, wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment and to foster friendship, cooperation and harmony among the employees of The California State Employees Association comprised of the staff of: California State University Employee Union, Association of California State Supervisors, and Central Support Staff and 

The Staff of SEIU Local 1000 - the labor Union representing nearly 95,000 employees of the state of California.

It is the objective of the UAW Local 2350 to maintain and improve working conditions and wages, unite together, improve health and safety, educate members, work for better government, community action and to improve social conditions. 

At Local 2350, we are committed to advocating for the rights and well-being of our members. Through collective bargaining, we strive to secure fair wages, safe working conditions, and access to quality benefits.

Local 2350 has a long history of fighting for workers' rights. From organizing strikes to lobbying for legislation, we have always been dedicated to protecting the interests of ourselves and our employers Members.
