There are two items that are debated with CSEA management in this print version of the contract however. One is the end date (October 30 vs October 31). The other is the exact language of the side letter regarding re-openers. However, with the side letter, the intent is not contested or debated. There will be a re-opener for compensation increases in February 2015.
