Your Right To Representation

UAW Local 2350 organizes representation by Area Office. Each Area Office, including all CSEA Affiliates, certifies and maintains stewards who can assist you with your representation needs.

Each Area Vice-President acts as a Chief Steward for that region and should assign cases and oversee the administration of issue. The Executive Vice-President is the Advisor and Mentor to the Area Vice-Presidents.

As a member of UAW Local 2350 you are entitled to, and shall receive, fair and effectual representation on all matters within the CSEA/UAW Collective Bargaining Agreement and within the Scope of Representation (Wages, Hours, Working Conditions).
